4. Products and Availability

All menu items, beverages, flavor syrups, beans, and food products are subject to daily ingredient availability. While we make every effort to display accurate stock and live availability, high-demand items may occasionally run out. If an item in your order becomes unavailable before preparation, our team will promptly notify you to arrange a suitable substitute or refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified items. An order is confirmed once it is accepted by our barista team and assigned an order tracking reference. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies, payment authorization issues, out-of-radius delivery locations, or adverse weather conditions.

6. Prices

All prices listed on our storefront are in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) and include applicable taxes unless expressly noted otherwise. Item prices, drink customization add-ons (such as extra espresso shots, oat milk, or syrup pumps), and delivery fees are calculated accurately on the server prior to checkout completion. We reserve the right to update prices periodically without prior notice.

7. Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery orders and Cash on Counter Pickup for eligible pickup orders. We do not currently process online card or electronic payment transactions through the website.

8. Pickup Orders

For Counter Pickup orders, your drinks will be prepared and staged at our pickup counter located at Taywanak Ibaba, Alfonso, Cavite. Please present your order tracking number or full name upon arrival. We strongly encourage picking up beverages promptly after the "Ready for Pickup" notification to enjoy them at peak freshness and optimal temperature.

9. Delivery Orders

Delivery is available within our designated service radius from our store at Taywanak Ibaba, Alfonso, Cavite. Delivery fees are calculated based on road distance to your pinned delivery location. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather events, or high store volume. Customers must ensure that a recipient is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Because our beverages and fresh food items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once our baristas have begun drink preparation. If there is an issue with your order (such as missing items, incorrect drink customization, or quality concerns), please contact our counter team immediately upon receipt with your order reference number so we can make it right.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, seasonal specials, and discount offers are subject to specific terms, validity dates, and usage limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

12. Allergies and Product Information

Our coffee bar handles dairy, plant-based milks (oat, almond, soy), nuts, gluten, and other potential allergens. While we observe proper food handling and sanitization procedures, cross-contact between ingredients may occur. If you have severe food allergies, please inform our staff or exercise caution when ordering.
